Wild at Heart sessions launched at The Centre

Starting next Tuesday (14th January) we welcome our new Wild at Heart group to The Centre.

Wild at Heart is a friendly supportive nature based group for people who are over 50. Using a variety of seasonal nature based activities to explore local green spaces and improve our wellbeing through connecting to nature in meaningful ways where new friendships can flourish.

 14th January Welcome to Wild at Heart and badge making! 

4th February Winter Trees and Sketch Walk with Fran Halsall 

21st January  Seasonal Soup and Rock Painting 

11th February  Minibus visit to Thrybergh Country Park 

28th January  Caring for our garden birds 

18th February Introduction to pyrography

Booking is essential. To let us know that you would like to attend a session please email project Officer Jenny King on j.king@wildsheffield.com.

Sessions are funded through the Big Lottery and a range of other Charitable Trusts and also from contributions from our participants. We ask for a donation of £3.50 per session to help support Wild At Heart Activities. (If finances are an issue for you please do let us know and we can make an arrange me for you to contribute only what you can)
